Yes, Starter is free forever for one channel and up to 500 orders per month. No card on file.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, in either direction. Pro-rated automatically. No call required.
Do you store our payment data?
No. Payments are processed by your existing PSPs (Stripe, Mollie, Adyen). We only consume payouts.
Where is data hosted?
EU only, Frankfurt and Amsterdam. Enterprise plans can opt for single-tenant deployment.
Do you offer onboarding?
Growth and Scale include guided onboarding. Enterprise includes a dedicated solutions architect.
What if we outgrow Scale?
We move you to Enterprise terms with no friction. Most customers do this between year one and two.
